Rather we establish past experiences, cialis education, qualifications, references as well as responses to these "technical" questions at interview.We look for people who will fit the culture of the clients we work with - customer service, strong personal relationships, sense of team, total integrity and ethical soundness.

How do we find all of this in a 60-minute interview? Not very easily, but we do use a few key interview skills to help match the most suitable candidate to our client:

Looking for a job in this crazy climate is as daunting as asking your bank manager for a loan. However, if you prepare correctly, the task of seeking the impossible can become alot easier. We recently met with a candidate who desperately wanted to get back into the job market after rearing 2 children. The candidate had not been in the workforce for 6 years. After an initial CV consult to determine the candidate's true strengths, achievements, skills and competencies, we were in a position to tailor a winning CV for the 2 jobs she was really interested in pursuing. Having submitted her CV with a carefully tailored cover letter to both prospective companies, the candidate recieved 2 invitations for interview the following week.

Upon hearing this exciting and very welcoming news, we immediately began preparing the candidate for the interviews. 2 sessions of interview coaching with us and we felt she was ready to face the music. The result? The candidate was offered both jobs - one company is the leading energy provider in Ireland and the other the world's leading internet search technologies corporation. Score!
